If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 7 days, but restocking fees apply (50% or more for consumables, 20% for other products) and shipping costs won’t be refunded.

For faulty or incorrect items, contact us within 7 business days. You may need to provide evidence of the issue, such as photos, and follow our return instructions.

Returned items must be complete, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Damaged, used, or incomplete returns may incur additional deductions or may not qualify for a refund.

For all returns, you’re responsible for shipping costs and any loss or damage during return transit.
